Owner-side control for gas-engine power projects
K4 is developing a local-first project and asset control workspace that connects contractual requirements, technical evidence, decisions, actions and asset history from project development through operation.
The interface below is a product concept using demonstration data. K4 Project OS is under development and is not presented as a finished production software product.
One project. Many disconnected records.
Gas-engine power projects are commonly managed across schedules, spreadsheets, document folders, correspondence and OEM platforms. Each system can perform its own function, while the owner still needs a traceable connection between a requirement, its supporting evidence, the resulting decision and the action that follows.
Contractual, technical and acceptance obligations.
What is verified, reported or still unsupported.
Approvals, conditions, hold points and commercial consequences.
Responsible parties, due dates and unresolved blockers.
A continuing technical record after commissioning and handover.
A control layer across the existing project stack
K4 Project OS is intended to complement existing scheduling, ERP and OEM monitoring systems rather than replace them.
Plans activities, dependencies, dates and resource sequences.
Manage transactions, procurement, payments and costs.
Track equipment condition, operating parameters and alarms.
Connects the owner’s requirements, technical evidence, decisions, actions and asset history across the project and operating lifecycle.
Help shape the first production-ready version
K4 is inviting a small number of power developers, asset owners and technical teams to review real workflows and help define the first production-ready version.
- Review project-control and asset-management workflows.
- Test the information structure with non-confidential or anonymised examples.
- Define practical requirements for evidence, approvals and acceptance.
- Provide feedback on the prototype and reporting logic.
Any project information shared with K4 will be treated as confidential, with its permitted use agreed before it is provided.
